I attached a screenshot in which Line 31 can be seen; maybe someone can troubleshoot this for me? Is it simply the misspelling in that line?

Here's a pdf. Line 31 is the one about the DutyTax.

I got it! Still not sure which edit of the XML file worked, but the suggestions you gave sent me on the right trail. Thanks!

Is everything working now OK? Any chance you can share your file here or describe what you did to make it work? I can't find a solution to my problem yet...

    Sure.
    1. I found a missing "o" (the vowel, not the number zero) in the line <BillDutyTaxT></BillDutyTaxTo> on or close to Line 31 (see it here?).
    2. I found the customer had mispelled their city name. Therefore, WS rejected it.
    3. After correcting these errors, the xml import worked flawlessly. Not sure why Zen would have a misspelling of the word To, although come to think of it, that would probably be in the UPS XML Import mod.
The beauty of the system is that it takes 30 seconds to do the xml export in Zen and 30 more seconds to dump that file into WS. If you have label stock loaded, the printer hums in 2 or 3 seconds after dropping the file into WS.

Since this post was active over the weekend, Shipping informed me they are moving to Fedex to replace UPS. Good luck with your WS.
