Pricing goods for hire

Hi. I'm setting up a store with products for hire.

All the units are available for 1, 2, 4, 8, or 12 week hire.
What's the best way to price these using the attributes?

Is it possible to set a base price, then when a customer selects, say 4 week hire period; the price is multiplied by 4 and then discounted?

If this is possible we also need to add product quantity discounts as well, so that if someone hires 2 products; they will also get a 5% overall discount!
