Centering Subcatagory images in one row

Please I have looked and tried many differant sugestions on this board but I still can not find a solution.

I made my images in the sub-catagory section bigger now they are over lapping. I want them to line up in one horizontal row.

I have tried in all the differant parts of the admin I have set all the values to 1 and still no change. I have read that it is in the stylesheet.css I have tried a few changes in there but no luck. I am useing the latest version of vencart and the default_template.






Also I would like my products in the catagories to display like the products in the new product section.

I like the white line in between the products and the way the info is laid out.

The std template is 750px wide with left & right set to 150px and your images are 175 px each

so add this up and you have 150+150=300 then 750-300=450 available for the center

175 each pic X 3=525 - - 525-450=75px shy

try setting this in the style sheet and see what you see

This code did put a space between them thank you. but do you know how to make them line up horizontal not vertical?

Checking in both Firefox and IE6 they are horizontal??

What are you seeing this in?

Note: always design tn the most standard compliant browser for your platform and only when complete go back and fix IE issues

opps I am so sorry I meant vertical up and down sorry it was a very long night last night, and my mind was in a differant place.

Did you set Configuration > Maximum Values > Categories To List Per Row > 1 ?
