CAPTCHA - don't use upload - use copy/paste ?

The instructions in the readme.txt that came with CAPTCHA say:

3. Go to Admin->Tools->Install SQL Patches and install install.sql (don't use upload - use copy/paste to install sql).

What does it mean to "use copy/paste to install sql" ?

Does it mean opening install.sql in a text-editor, then copying it to the window that says

Enter the query
to be executed:

Be sure to
end with ;

Ys. Just open the install.sql file in a text editor and copy it to the clipboard. Then paste it into the box in Admin - Tools - Install SQL Patches and click Send.
