In admin > orders> edit, there is a section where you can change the order from processing to delivered etc. But just below that there is a ticked box for notify customer, so does that mean when I change it to delivered there is an email sent to the customer saying it has been despatched?
Also, I received an email from paypal today saying I have been paid by mr x for an order, but I didn't receive an email from my Zen-Cart say I have a new order whereas before I did, any ideas?
