Limiting shipment zone per product

Is there any way to limit what countries a certain product can be sent to?

I make plushies, whihc can be mailed globally.

But I also make catnip toys, and because of the plant material, only want those to be available for purchase to US customers.

I would like to limit the catnip items to just US buyers, while the rest of the items can be purchased internationally also.

I can only find methods in which every country can by every product or no product.

Is there a way of limiting international buyers for just certain products?

There isn't anything in Zen Cart, at this time, that regulates the zones that a product can be shipped to ...
