I feel like a dork asking this, but here goes.
I have a cart here, running 1.3.7. I've replaced the ZenCart logo in all instances with the store's logo. In all emails, invoices, welcomes - everything - the logo shows up where it's supposed to. However, in the newsletter, it does not.
I didn't make this template, someone just handed it to me and asked me to get the logo to show up in the newsletter. I downloaded the "email_template_newsletters.html" file, and the call for the logo *is* there - right at the top. Points directly to the file I have uploaded for the logo, and it is there. But for some reason, it's not showing up in the newsletter.
Is there some setting I need to check? I've checked everything I can think of, but can't figure out why the logo won't show.
