How to change the site URL

I have installed zencart and made some changes. Created my site building it from scratch thinking that would be the link name artisticscrapdesigns.com but now I realize that building my site thru zencart is the only way to go. My zencart opens under this address http://artisticscrapdesigns.com/zencart/ and I want to change the URL to just be artisticscrapdesigns.com is that possible or do I need to uninstall and reinstall with the right url? Any detailed help would be great. I have been at this for hours and I'm about spent.

You just need to move the Zen Cart folders to the root ( e.g. /public_html/ instead of
/public_html/zencart/ ), and edit /includes/configure.php and /admin/includes/configure.php to reflect the new paths.

1) Move all the folders and files from /zencart to the root directory (most likely public_html).

2) Edit admin/includes/configure.php and includes/configure.php to remove all references to /zencart.

That's all it takes.

Guys,
I have changed the folder that my url points to but in Zen Admin using tools such as the Define pages editor I am not sure that it is looking in the correct new directory. I have installed the editable sidebox but I can't see it in my Admin.

Any help please?
