anyone looking to do it i jsut put this code in page 3

then page 3 copy and paste the following, also change the buttons to match yours :-)

enables you to use your contact us form on more than one page so you cna use it on e.g lage3.php for a wholesale applicatoion form etc

It's very interested code, but I have a question here, what if I have a flash home page and there is a link for contact as, what will be the code for the Submit button to work properly?

this does not work, right?
I have tried it a few times and I end up with the below text in the message field & the send button disappears. Do you have to clone the contact_us files in order to make a second contact form?

ok, guess it is safe to assume this doesn't work and I need to clone the contact_us files :/
this would have been too easy, I suppose.
