resize/change logo on invoice

Hello, I am new here and hope this is the correct place for my question. I've been lurking for quite awhile now and accomplished many things so far by doing searches-my web designers have pretty much left me hanging, so I'm on my own to figure out zen cart.

I was trying to change the logo on the invoices to my own. I uploaded mine to admin/images/logo.gif and chose override. When I go into zen cart, the logo is HUGE. Since I replaced the zen cart logo, how do I make my own logo smaller?

The admin does not have overrides???

What is the image size that you uploaded??

Resize in your favorite graphic editor.

Sorry, it was "rename" and "overwrite if file exists", not override.

Since I wasn't sure what size would work next-and before resizing- I tried using an avatar I had on file that I forgot I had. It ended up working!

Hi,
my logo is 200x200px.
I have uploaded it and it displays on the invoice but is "squished".
I changed the english.php file to reflect the 200x200 but it is still squished.
Showing at appx 200 wide by 80 high.

Any idea how I er.."unsquish it".

Ok, annoyingly, my old brain kickstarted again and reminded me about changes I had made to the css stylesheet about 8 months ago!

.pageHeading img {width:200px; height:80px}

@media print {
.pageHeading img {width:4in; height:1.4in}
}

so needed to change back to 200x200.
Wish Id made alist of all the changes I ever did.....maybe next time.
