    Default Fatal error Codes

I had a website builder design and build my website. It was abandoned after minimal loading of product and there i was a non computer minded person left to complete something i had no clue of.

Over months and long days i self tought myself but may have made a mistake somewhere with no idea where it might be. When i add product and click update, sometimes it will take a long time or come back missing some of the data entry areas. I have to try again and sometimes it will go through and i can move on. Or, if your on my website and click a product, it might take a long time and supply you a Fatal Error code accross the top of your page when it comes up.

The below is one of the fatal error codes i am given at various times. Others are the same but with php line numericals changing to 111, ect.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in c:\domains\southeastrt.net\wwwroot\includes\modules\pages\product_info\main_temp late_vars_images_additional.php on line 49

Is there a way to read this and help me learn where to go and correct the problem?

    Thanks

A link to your website would help us identify the issues for you.
You may have a page load error. You may need to increase the time out settings with your host - or change hosts. Can't really say for sure until we can get a look at your site.

    Thank you,

I was told it might be as simple as my uploading a picture that was to large and not properly sized but i have looked and cannot find it.

    The website is www.southeastperformance.com

This tells us the problem is with your Additonal images for the product.

Check the Additional images used with the product and then use your FTP program to find that image. Your FTP program should tell you the file size of the images used. It's good bet they are are too many and/or file size too big.

You could also check file size of the images on your own computer; because the original images had to be uploaded from somewhere. Use your Graphic program to reduce file size the upload new images; overwriting the current ones.

It also reveals that it's using Zen Cart v1.2.x code

Ok, it is a picture placed in one of the listings. Leave it to me for a foul up like this after so many uploads. I only have over 1300 listings to check and try to find these specific pictures but this helps me realize the problem is just an improperly resized picture. Thank goodness i didn't ruin something.

Sure wish the coding would tell us exactly where to look for them.

Now to review each and every listing, AHHH!!!!!!!!

Thanks so much, if and when i find it - will let you know.
