paypal website payment standard (only this payment module active)

I recieve 3-5 chargebacks every month.
Today an agent from paypal called me, telling that they couldn't help me win the chargeback case because there were buyer shipping address in the transaction information of the site orders. He meant he need shipping addresses on paypal but not on my site. Because the shipping information in my zen-cart site invoice can be modified in zen-cart database.

So I checked my paypal history.
I found that, all orders paid by credit card have shipping address in the paypal transaction information. While all orders paid by paypal don't have shipping address on paypal.
