Increase products shown in admin??

I am wondering if there is a simple way to increase the number of procuts displayed in the CATEGORY section of the zencart admin?

Under each category only a max of 10 appear and we have to scroll through numerous pages back and forth when 75% of the screen is empty...can we not display more prodcuts to reduce the number of overall pages to scroll through??

Any ideas appreciated!
