No, nothing installed different on the shipping, but all my stuff IS virtual and it does always ask when entering in a new product if it's free shipping and defaults to yes. Don't see why it's causing a problem now tho, you know?

Also, your Control Panel and/or phpMyAdmin allow for checking/fixing a database. You could try using that to see if it helps.
Oh really, okay cooll? Now how do I do that?? lol. Sorry!

As you have added some products go back to the admin and look at the last few you entered and compare the settings to one of the earlier ones...

Probably some small thing about free or virtual that was not on your earlier products

Yea that's what I was gonna do but unfortunately I get that same error again as soon as I click on a category of products. It won't let me get to that point, does that make sense?

For Virtual Products available through download, your Product settings should be:

    PHP Code:
             Product is VirtualNoShipping Address Required
           Always Free Shipping
    YesAlways Free Shipping
    Products Quantity Box Shows
No, Do not show Quantity Box
The logic is bit backwards I know, but setting Product is Virtual to "NO" -- even though it is Virtual -- will apparently, allow Zen Cart to not reduce Stock levels; which is logical for downloadable products. Then, the Always Free Shipping overrides the requirement of a Shipping Address.

Not sure how many Downloadable products you have but they must all use the above settings.

Note: using the above settings does give a msg. in Red text when updating your product but that is normal.

Okay really good to know, I will be sure to check and change any of those when I can get back in. Any ideas on HOW I can get back in though? lol. I'm not thinking it caused this problem just because everything has worked for a good year now and I haven't touched anything, kwim? Am I wrong? I mean I DO believe it could be a small error I made when I put in the very last product, I dunno what b/c I thought I did it the exact same. I'm only thinking its that because it's literally ALL i have done in admin.

I can get your admin page to display - can't you log in?

These are set from the admin side and not from the frontend where I know you are getting an error.

Well I found a part of the code missing all the sudden, fixed it and it fixed the problem. While there I changed my dedicated server's password for potection and now I can't access it at ALL...ugh! Any ideas?

Although it's strange to hear that "part of the code just went missing", if this is your Server and you don't know the password for 'root' access, you'll need to contact your Data Center. They can reboot the Server in "stand alone mode" to input a new password then eMail it to you.

BTW, you should always have direct login by 'root' disabled for security reasons. Better to login as a User with 'root' privileges and then, login in as 'root'.
