VERY URGENT. Blank page after adding to cart.

When you click add to cart, you get a blank page.

I've searched and found posts like this but nothing recommended works. I used the error logging tool and no errors are found?!

Please help asap.. I have a huge order coming through in the morning.. This could be devastating.

You need to use the error logging tool to find out what PHP error you've got on your site.

If you've got it installed already, then it will be putting its logs in the /cache/ folder when errors occur, as long as its writable.
If you're not seeing anything there, but you're getting blank pages, then chances are you've not set the writable permissions on the folder, or you haven't put the error logging tool in the right folder.

Alright, now I am a little lost:

this begun after I uploaded a set of products using easy populate

I have also installed Zen Lightbox 1.4 as well as EZ pages

To boot, I have tried using a different template, just to make sure I hadn't royal'd the one in use.

still nothin' but blank page.

Pro-Tip: Inspect the /include/configure.php file and remove any blank spaces or lines at the end of the file after ?> (trust me, it makes a big difference)

That seems to have been the trick for my problem.
