Free Shipping Options not working correctly

Ok this is what I'm trying to do. Orders 100 or more get free shipping. Orders 99.99 or less pay 11.95.

Right now as follows

SHIPPING
free options ON
Shipping Cost 11.95
Total >= 100

ORDER TOTAL
ot_shipping ON
Allow free shipping TRUE
Free Shipping For Orders Over 100 TRUE

When I check out on orders over 100 it goes thru
On orders under it says WE ARE NOT SHIPPING TO YOUR REGION

Install only the Flat Rate flat shipping module and set it to: 11.95

Then, on the Modules ... Order Totals ... Shipping ot_shipping ... enabled the Free orders and set to 100.00 ...

Now orders of $100.00 get Free Shipping and orders under $100.00 get the $11.95 ...

That worked. Thanks. I noticed in the shopping cart like if I have two item. Item A is 1 QTY and Item B is 3 QTY. Item A QTY can be changed in the cart but Item B QTY cannot. Why is that?

I too am having trouble with this module. I have set up Free Shipping Options to trigger at $75.00. I have also set Free Shipping For Orders Over = $75.00. My problem is that no matter what dollar amount is in the shopping cart, the free shipping option is available. And of course everyone will pick that option. I'm not sure what I am not doing correctly to only trigger the free shipping at $75.00. I've been fussing with this off & on for days and I've promised this in 2 days. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The Free Shipping on the Modules ... Order Total ... Shipping ot_shipping will override all shipping methods if that is used ... turning off any other choices ...

The Modules ... Shipping ... Free Shipping Options freeoptions is designed to show at the same time as the other shipping modules, when the criteria is met ...

To use the Free Shipping Options freeoptions for orders of >= $75.00 you need to set the settings as:
Total >= 75.00

All other settings need to be blank ... not 0, but blank ...

It sounds like you need to turn off the Free Shipping in the Order Total module for Shipping ot_shipping and just use the Free Shipping Options freeoptions shipping module ...
