Shoppe is down, error 1054?

Hi can anyone please guide this dummy to where I can fix this pretty please? Here's the error I am receiving on my .net:

1054 Unknown column 'p.product_is_always_free_shipping' in 'field list'
in:

Did you recently upgrade this or add a module?

If so, explain what has been done

This is indicative of a mis match of file versions to Database version

No, that's the thing, haven't touched any one thing besides added a new product or two and all was fine even hours after that. I haven't had a tech for a while and terrified to touch anything so I seriously do the very basics only..add new products and delete them, lol.

It seems to be a problem with the categories because I get that error when in the backend of the admin area also. The cat folder is also not accessible through ftp either.

Yea I saw that thread before posting but it didn't make alot of sense to me. Should I be trying something?

First check in your admin > tools > server version info > for Zen Cart version and DB version - they should be a match

Some of your pages are working just fine; Login, Create Account, Product Page which tells us the problem is not only specific to your Database but also specific to Shipping. Do you have any Modules installed that somehow affect Shipping?

Also, your Control Panel and/or phpMyAdmin allow for checking/fixing a database. You could try using that to see if it helps.
