Internet Explorer cannot display the Webpage

Hi All
Im having a issue with my site again
My previous issue was that I needed to apply Auto_Increment to my MYSQL DB to resolve a issue with banners and site not working, this then worked but a new issue has come up.

The Site wont load in IE but works in FireFox, at times during the day the site works fine in IE and then all of a sudden no longer works, I told my ISP to move my site back to the server that it was hosted on when we had the issue as they moved it to a new server when I started getting the issues

I can ping the site and can do tracert to the site fine, the IP address I get back is correct with the server the site is hosted on, but for some reason IE wont load the site at times but Firefox does.

The ISP can load the site fine from their side, I have a DSL account with them and I can’t get on the site, then I have friends with different ISP's and they can access the site and some can not

Any idea's welcome, as far as I know, nothing else has changed with regards to upgrades or patches toi the servers and I’m on version 1.3.7
with only the cart editor module loaded

I had no problems using IE7 on an XP machine from the US. However, you have some HTML validation errors and that might cause some problems. Try getting those straightened out first.
