Admin Logon Options Query

Hello,

I would like to be able to give my clients a "version" of the admin interface which has what they need to use without all of the other admin options allowing them to customise and possibly mess up / break their own site. For example an admin logon that lets them add/remove their own categories and products... lets them see the payment/shipping parts of the software but limits the configuration menu, the tools menu and so on as an example. Is this possible ?
