Is there anyway to allow registered users only to upload images onto the server? or pipe it through to an e-mail account?

Any add-on or simple way I could embed that into an EZ-page or make it a page of its own?

PS my site is http://www.iwannat.com and I just wanna allow users to upload images that I could possibly use as a design for a t-shirt
