link to free zip file

hi all
not sure if this is the right place for this question but ill ask and see. ive setup my products and everything is the way i want it except for one thing, im trying to put a link at the bottom of the product description which will download a zip file. this is a full product description (5/6 pages) that people can look through before buying, ive tried to find out how to do this but not had any luck so far. I have done it for extra images of the product where the .jpg opens in a new window from the link but cant get the zip file to download.

any ideas would be greatly recieved as it is causing me major headaches .
