My host is Mochahost. They have a high rating, or so I've read. It's a Linux installation

But to get to the point, the installation went without a hitch, I thought but now, when I sign into me estore, I get the above message although my File Editor and my FTP both say the file in question is at 644. BTW, I tried changing into 444 or something but my server doesn't allow it.

I've read where others have also had the same problem but their fixes don't seem to work for me. Besides, those problems were 2 years old so the answers may be outdated.
