Ok, I checked it out and it's definitely related to the HCL sidebox and only in IE and not FF as you said.
You can tell it's related to HCL because when I say "yes" to the warning, the HCL sidebox appears, but when I say "no" to the warning, it does not.
I cannot answer why it does this in IE but not FF, because I just don't know enough about it.
If you already have SSL installed to include HCL, check all the absolute links in your HCL php files to make sure they are https instead of http.
Here are some options to resolve the issue:
1. Remove that side box from the check out pages using the tutorial I provided in my original answer to you
2. Install HCL inside your ZC root directory vs. on your website's root directory (this will make HCL unavailable to non-ZC sections of the site though, so if you want it available outside the store, if that's how your site is set up, then this is not a good option)
3. Install your security certificate site wide instead of just to the store, in order to cover all pages and make sure that all of your absolute links begin with https instead of http
There may be additional options that I'm not aware of, so please continue to check around - not just on the forum and in the tutorials, but also elsewhere on the internet. There is a ton of info out there!
Hope this helps![]()
