We recently switched a really kludgey "UPS but not really UPS" shipping option set to a real Fedex option set. It's much nicer to actually show the user how their stuff will be shipped, instead of just pretending...
But the quickbooks shipping match is now showing only "Method not set", and the match options under Customers->Quickbooks Import QBI->Match->Shipping don't appear to be descriptive enough for the FedEx options we have (and none of them are currently matched to QB options.)
The shipping options that appear on the left are as follows (including the blank one at the top)

(Ground)
(Next Day)
(Second Day)
Accessory Orders ()
The drop down match options look OK I suppose, but for the top and bottom shipping options, the dropdowns don't "stick". Possibly because there's nothing in the parentheses () to match against?
Where are these shipping options configured?
Any help is much appreciated.
