Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Module Follow-up

Since the other thread is 300 replies long, I figured I could start a new one. Please don't eat me.:blink:

I have downloaded, but not installed the return_authorization module, but not installed it yet. From what I understand, it just adds a form for people to fill out asking for a number. It does not create RMA numbers, and track the return process correct?

If not, is there something that does? What software is available and reliable (outside of Zen Cart) that will accomplish this?

Boy, I wish I could find the answers to these questions also. I can't figure out exactly how the return is accomplished. I did a test purchase, and then went and used the return page, got sent an email stating the "customer" wanted to return something, but now I am totally stuck. Exactly how do I do it? I see nothing anywhere (except in the config) where I can complete the return....:frusty:
