Evening yal,
I am working on a site to transition some of my business from ebay(fees have been killing me).
My product is collectibles, mainly cardboard(Magic The Gathering, WoW, and Yu-Gi-Oh cards). Since I have my out going source on ebay at the moment the first thing I am looking to concentrate on is a buylist.
Has anybody here worked with negative order totals or alternate check out methods. I have searched but can't find anything do with with buylists and the only negative total threads are about coupon bugs. I have a couple ideas to approach this:
1) Setup an separate order tracking for the buylists (through the ez pages, php and a separate set of tables.)
2) Use the existing zen cart inventory (maybe creating a buy product type or attribute) and have orders with buylist items go through a different check out.
Any ideas would help.. Are there any plugins/addons that I could use to give me multiple shopping carts on the same session or a way to change my check out to exclude payment processing and giving directions to send the cards if the buylist items are in the order.
THanks in advance for your input
