Weird question, I know. But my client wants to add 'Mrs.' to be alongside 'Mr.' and 'Ms.' in the gender options on the first page of the order form. How do I add this?

At this time, you don't. That is a piece of legacy code that is actually tied to the gender. Best bet, just turn it off.
