I have played with the code, changed to .08 found this thread-

and have tried entering the converted amount- .000625 for the shipping weight in the product . that's the equiv for .08 ounces to lbs.
Still no luck-

UPS is still high charging 8.00 or more no matter what I do to the coding-
Can someone help me out please?
