also make sure that cURL is turned on

yes everything checks ok with cURL. I just don't know if i need a proxy address...I'm waiting for an answer from my hosting service.

If you look fedex shows up in your shipping estimator,

try switching to a classic template and try it

Nope, not there even on the classic template. -and hosting said i do not need cURL proxy.

What is the issue you have with USPS,

I see that fedex shows up in extimator, and usps shows up broken on checkout,
try turning off usps,

and change the sort order.

make sure that each shipping module has a unique sort order.

with USPS I'm waiting for their webtools ID to finalize the set up.
I gave sort order but same error persist I can see fedex in estimator but not USPS and only usps at check out (only store pick up if USPS is off).
And if i give store-pick up sort order 3 or 4 gives error message as duplicate orders.

try turning OFF usps,

and set sort order for fedex to 10 and store pickup to 0

I re-installed everything checked all the settings but now fedex it is not even appearing in the estimate...

I am having the same problem. I recently installed FedEx ground and FedEx Express. I gave the sort order for FedEx Express as 0 and Ground as 1.

I tried every thing suggested in thif forum but i cannot see it in the shipping estimator or the checkout.
