cloning table rate crushed

Hello zen people,
I learned cloning table rate through its forum and set up all along the instructions. However, interestingly, it works one or another way. It looks the table rate function crushed.

Here is my situation: I defined 10 different table rates starting 0.3kg upto 5kg
(0.3:9.50,1:10.20,2:11.10,3:11.80,4:12.50,5:13.20) <-this is the example of table1 other 9 tables are alike. Then, testing shipping estimater, table1 rate gets fixed at 0.3 rate, other table() rates are corresponding the rates depending upon the weight. Then, I input 10000:0.00 to table1 after 5:13.20. The table1 rate works flexibly depending on the weight, but other table() rate got fixed at 0.3 no matter how much weight changed.

Would you please advise me how to make them work correctly?

I found out a bug flying around the clones.... see, always remember it is just a matter of meditation;patience!!!!! ready to go! All I need is to find a programmer for payment processor I did a half of way though..... so messy
