Page 2 - Not showing in Information Sidebox

When I first installed zencart I removed page 2, 3, & 4. I'm not exactly sure where I removed it, but I believe all I did was go into Admin -> Configure -> Define Page Status and change it to value 3. I've changed it back to value 1 and it now shows in the site map, but doesn't show in the Information side box.

How do I add it in there? Do I have to edit the /includes/modules/sideboxes/information.php file? If so how do I add it?

You must have also changed some file???
get a fresh copy of ZenCart and your current files on your local PC and use a diff tool to determine what files are different and what the differences are

Page 2 doesn't show in the "information" sidebox but does show in the "more information" sidebox

One would have to copy/remove the code from the more info file and add it to the info file

includes/templates/template_default/sideboxes/

Make a copy and add to your template

the page 2, 3 and 4 is not working because when you have edited it, have you tried to upload it into the classic folder.
