Not able to update product quantity in shopping cart

I am experiencing a problem where the shopping cart is unable to update the product quantity.

If you go to http://rrs.telosstudios.com and add a product to the cart and then try to change the quantity, it won't work. The qty stays the same. Here is a quick screen cast of the problem.

Also with Firebug, I noticed that the post response gives a 503 Service Temporary Unavailable error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Change the products to NOT be a maximum of one in your admin.

Only one product was set to have a max. I have changed it to unlimited, but the problem still persists.

What version of Zencart are you using?

Zen Cart 1.3.7

Database Patch Level: 1.3.7

v1.3.7 [2008-02-20 23:33:46] (Fresh Installation)

With PHP 5.2.6
