We publish a magazine, Mustang Generations, www.mustanggenerations.com and set up a store to do a simple Subscription purchase area. Now we want to add a few apparel items. First of all I'm not a coder, nor do I pretend to be. I'm an video editor, and writer and publisher, so these questions may seem elementary to most of you.

Our subscription area is no shipping charges, except in a zone that's any country outside of the US.

I want to sent up apparel to charge a fixed fee, per item but not have this triggered by the subscription area.

If someone could just lead me down the right path to set this up I'd appreciate it. Hopefully this can be done within the interface and don't have to mess with any code.
