Defined Pages Query

Hello,

Some of my defined pages have a heading at the top of the page (page name) in grey which is not specified in the define pages editor html anywhere that I can see. Is this generated automatically and if so how do i tweak it? Some but not all of my "defined pages" have the heading in grey so I am trying to get them all standard.

E.G. Click Shipping and Returns takes me to the page and heading the text is "Shipping and Returns" in grey. Hovever clicking a Contact Us page in the same section doesnt have "Contact Us" at the top in Grey..
