Problem with new zencart instalation

Hi, i am instaling zen cart in the host x10hosting.com. I created a new database and given the permissions needed but i am having problems during the instalation. I can´t pass the "Zen Cart™ Setup - Database Setup" page,
I've put this:

Database Host: xxxxxxxx.x10hosting.com:xxxx

Database Username: zcadmin

Database Password: xxxxxxx

Database Name: dbzencart or ricardog_dbzencart ?


the xxxx is personal data
can anyone help me with this, am i putting the right data?

Host: is usually 'localhost' unless there's something different about your hosting company.
