red flag Help - site down

We just upgraded our Apache using the Easy Apache update, and in the process, our PHP was upgraded from 4.X to 5.X in order to suppoer the GD library.

Now we can get to our admin page just fine, but navigating to our main store index is blank white:

    http://www.mjmmagic.com/store/

Can anyone help troubleshoot this with me to determine what may be wrong?

Here are some settings from the Server/Version Info screen:

Another thing to note though, is that our main ADMIN page loads up fine. We can login to the admin page and look at orders, etc.

But the main store is coming up completely blank. Any ideas?

For troubleshooting blank pages, see this FAQ: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=82 , esp step 2a

DrByte - Thanks for that link. I am THINKING this may have something to do with the upgrade and a SEO module. I say that because I installed a fresh new zencart store and it works fine.

Here is what our current broken version looks like though:

Can you tell from those errors what the exact problem may be? I am hoping it's just one thing to fix and it will address most (if not all those errors).

Have you tried turning off the SEO thing?

Hi Kim - I have this boiled down to SOMETHING (like the Ultimate SEO module) not being compatible with either PHP 5.X, or the latest Zend Optimizer.

As a workaround, I have recompiled our Apache and PHP back to 4.X and now the site is back online using our original SEO and files.

It's a little difficult trying to troubleshoot the issue when the only way to reproduce it is to effectively upgrade my server and knock my site offline (since I can't simply install a "test" store to troubleshoot unless I have another server).

So in the meantime, I am going to leave things as is since they appear to be working with our old PHP and Apache.

    Thanks for the suggestions.

With respect to the FAQ article, instead of just using the STRICT_ERROR_REPORTING option (step 2b) use the debug-logging tool (step 2a) ... because it will write a log file with actual errors, instead of dumping minor notices all over the screen.
