Well the error appears to be on the Payflow link side. But they are saying the issue is not here.

Error: Please enter a valid tax amount e.g. 2 or 2.00.

Or if a tax amount is given ie. your in a taxed zone so tax is calculated and sent. Then you get the following.

Error: Please enter a valid ship amount e.g. 2 or 2.00.

I scoured the forum. I am against a wall and we have been down for several hours.


If anyone has seen anything like this then please let me know.

I have reviewed the logs no admin changes occurred no strange activity on the incoming logs to the site for the last several hours since our last recorded transaction.

Any knowledge at all would be great...
