Product Special Order message error

I've installed the Product Special Order Module, and on the YOUR SHOPPING CART CONTENTS page the following text shows up

Your Shopping Cart Contents
You may want to add some instructions for using the shopping cart here. (defined in includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php)

Items: 1Amount: $9.99

Products marked with SO are either Special Orders or are Sold Out.
These products will be ordered from our suppliers at the time of purchase .

Where the text in bold is the text below it should be entered. I can't figure out how to rectify problem, any help would be appreciated.

Did you try to peek at the file it tells you to make the changes in:

You may want to add some instructions for using the shopping cart here. (defined in includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php)

and use your templates and overrides to change the define?

The information is already in that file and in that location. That's what I don't understand. Module instructions were very good and followed precisely. My site is www.tte.ca

Do you see the defines in:
/includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php

Do you see the file and the define statements in:
includes/languages/english/Tte/shopping_cart.php

Yes this one was there

Do you see the file and the define statements in:

This one was not so I added the file to this location but the problem persists:

This is the defines line:
define('OUT_OF_STOCK_CAN_CHECKOUT', 'Products marked with ' . STOCK_MARK_PRODUCT_OUT_OF_STOCK . ' are either Special Orders or are Sold Out.<br />These products will be ordered from our suppliers at the time of purchase .');

One more thing. In the install information there is no mention of the
includes/languages/english/tte/shopping_cart.php
which is probably why it wasn't there in the first place.

Go to your Admin and in the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... in the bottom input box enter:
shopping_cart.php

select Catalog ... click Search ...

Do you see any define statements that include the text:
includes/languages/english/tte/shopping_cart.php
