Let's say you are buyer from Ohio there is extra price added but it doesn't say "Tax (Ohio Only)" I want it say it in that spot:

This is what it looks like:

Sub-Total: $10.75
United States Postal Service (1 x 0.63lbs) (Priority Mail (2 - 3 days)): $6.80
Discount Coupon: -$2.69
: $0.85
Gift Certificates: -$0.50
Total: $29.57

This is what I want it to look like
