Add New Pages

I'm not sure where to put this. From other ZenCart sites I've seen out there, they've added a crap load of extra pages from FAQs, to articles on why ninjas are better than pirates.

How can I add a new page to Zencart (Say a FAQ) and then be able to easily put a link to it in my main define_index.php page or on my sidebar?

I've tried with EZ Pages, but I'm not sure on how to get them to work properly.
