I have an old zen cart install on a site that I made a while ago (about 6 months ago) and my password presets no longer work and it is also not sending password information to my email. I do still have ftp access to the site and was wondering if there is somewhere I could locate this information.
Any ideas???

No, you can't use FTP to obtain any passwords from Zen Cart.
Do you have access to the database via phpMyAdmin?Linda McGrath
