1062 Duplicate entry going to store

When I entered my store URL (bristerparts.com) into IE, I received:
1062 Duplicate entry 'zc_d6616cb5f4c2cb55d422ea67feb723b0' for key 1
in:[db_cache table]

A "refresh" loaded the store correctly. Suggestions greatly appreciated.

I'm running 1.3.8a, PHP 5.2.6, MySQL 4.0.27 on an Apache server.

Thank you, and please accept my apologies for not having thanked you sooner ... I just saw this today.

The problem has not repeated itself. I had searched, but Linda, the search engines like you better than they do me.

While we accept most credit cards, we also utilize flat-rate shipping, so I'm surprised this hit us.

I will apply this over a weekend when I'll have time to fix whatever I break!
