Some CSS buttons not rendering

I am having trouble with some of the CSS buttons. They are not rendering the entire button. I narrowed it down to only the buttons that have the .back or .foward class applied which are both float left or right. If I remove those classes the button renders fine but messes up the placement of course. I also noticed this only has trouble in IE7 and not Firefox. I have made some minor modifications like color and font stuff but other then that it is the classic button stylesheet. Without my modifications it still happens. Anyone else seeing this.

Click on retail store and then click on one of the products. You will see the add cart button looks fine but the review and tell a friend buttons look cut off on the top and bottom. Also if you add to cart you will see the same thing.

Man, no one has seen this before. I just started using Zen Cart, used to use Oscommerce (btw ZC is much better) so my experience is limited to the two installs I have recently done in the last couple of months. However both clean installs show the same thing with the CSS buttons. Someone else must have had this problem besides me.
