Look in the Attributes Controller at this download and check that there are no spaces when you edit the attribute with the download filename ...

Look in the Download Manager ... is that also red?

There are no space and yes it's red there too. I received an email from someone that suggested I change the permissions for the download folder to 777, would that make any difference?

I have the same permissions as you and no problems here ... 755 on the directory and 644 on the file ...

I figured it out. The files were in my public_html/download folder instead of my public_html/zencart/download folder. Green across the board now lol.
