Rotating Banners?

I changed the "Sponsors" sidebox to "Whats New?" so that I can put banners of what is new and have them rotate.

I have 2 banners in there but it seems to just be adding both of the banners at the same time when I want 1 banner to show and then the next to show with the next click and so on..

Help??
