dropdown flash menu help??

i have made a dropdownmenu for under my banner but the menu will not drop...
the size of the swf file is 900xp by 50xp... if i get that 50xp larger than the swf file will fill up in the middle of the size and a large black space come out between the banner and the dropdown menu.
is it possible to get my dropdownmenu over the page so my buttons apear over my side en centre boxes and not above it?

i know another issue my english page is om some reason away?

my dropdownmenu is old wrong collor and ugly ###### hell but i only search for sombody who can help me please!
