No records of orders?

For the last several weeks I've been seeing purchases where I'll receive payment through paypal, but no record of the purchase will appear on my web site.

It's seemingly random; There are purchases made where records still appear.

Has anyone heard of this before? It's making it really difficult to stay on top of things.

Is your site multi-language ?

Hi Im just wondering if you managed to resolve your problem, I have been experiancing the same problem randomly, My site uses No-Chex and Paypal

It only seems to be with the Nochex payments

Nope, no solution as of yet, although I haven't encountered the issue again in the last several days.

I have gotten that one as well. It has been random and every month I have been having to manually check all of the orders I got through Zen Cart against all of the orders I got through PayPal to make sure that I have accounted for all of them. Zen Cart is skipping some and they are not consist ant about it. Dr. Byte? Anybody?

Ok i think we are a littlr closer, My Nochex worked fine until Friday last week, I now know that my host upgraded to php5 on friday,after this upgrade things stopped working (Only with NoChex)

I also spoke with Nochex tech support who also say that they havent changed anything

So the nochex mod in v3.8 zen cart must not be compatable with php5

My tech guy at the hosting company said he could upgrade the nochex script to work with php5 but i dont know what to send him

SO if anybody as any ideas please let me know

My paypal as been working ok its the nochex thats the problem, I see from the php file of nochex in zencart that you wrote or modified the script, Can you tell me if it does work with php5, I ask because before my host upgraded from 4 to 5 The nochex mod worked fine, If it should work with php5 any ideas were else i should be looking at?
