Google Checkout - Merchant Shipping, help!

Due to the large amount of overseas customers I usually get, I figured my only option with google checkout was implementing merchant calculated shipping rates.

I'm no coder. I've managed to get SOME rates to show up for international buyers, but not all of the ones that were generated using the shipping generator:

Is there some way I can simply list the following options for international customers?:

international first class by weight
international priority by weight
express by weight

all through USPS?


And how would I go about making these calculations "smart"? At the moment everything show up as .10 pounds, apparently...I don't know how to get this to calculate postage based on the actual weight...is this making sense?


Can someone simplify this process a bit? I'm completely lost...

Until I get this resolved, my items are shipping overseas for free. It was the only way I could get domestic to work in the meantime.
