Google Checkout - Merchant Shipping, help!

Again, sorry for the bump.

Until I get this resolved, my items are shipping overseas for free. It was the only way I could get domestic to work in the meantime.

Please, I'm in desperate need of help here.

This mentions it...but that's about as close to an answer as I've found. Read the help files in the google checkout zip, too, so please don't assume I'm just here asking for answers without doing the research. I did it. I just don't get it.

Argh! Why is everything .10 pounds?!

It doesn't matter if I enter 1, 7, 70, or 700 in weight in the generator, I always get .10 pounds!


Is it because the generator is just calling the array usps 1 x .10 pounds, and it actually isn't?
