help question My dog ate MySQL please help!

MySQL is gone, yes gone! I called my sever and they said yeah, it was gone and had no reason for it being gone.
I hadn't done a back up and really didn't know how.
Now I know how to make a back up, too little too late.

    So here is my question.
When I go to the phpMyAdmin I can see these databases
    Catalogs
    MySql
    phpMyAdmin
    ect...

Okay, I'll admit it, I don't know what the heck to do to create a new a new database to make the zencart work.

Some direction, anything at this point would help.

Does your host not have any backups of your server space? Good hosts keep regular backups.

No! they have screen shots and backups of everything else, but I guess I am supose to make backups of the database myself, or set up how often it should do backups.

I wasn't really that far in, so I'm not all that worried about the data that I lost at this point as I am about setting it back up so that I can at least access my cart.

    This page: http://www.beadedpatterns.com/home
    and the http://www.beadedpatterns.com/home/admin
    that I have renamed.

I'm at the point of do I reload phpMyAdmin?
Will that start it up again?

Sounds like it's time to do a fresh install.
